Hunting for Eggs

Our church, The Church at Ross Station is an amazing place to serve. Right now we are meeting in a local school, and you would think that would limit what we can do. It doesn't. We have an amazing ministry, especially for families. Our Children and Preschool Departments are incredible. The children in our church are important to our Church.
We had our 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt this past Sunday. Of course, our family was not complete because Tuck was in the hospital, but we felt like it was important to make time for Lily to be with both of us at the same time.

She looks so serious! Jason was able to sing a song with our Praise Team. As he uses the gift that God gave him, he gets better and better.

More Eggs Please

Just like last year, we dyed eggs in the hospital with friends. We had a great time and made a HUGE mess! We had all kinds of colors, even added oil to some of the dye so that it would make "marble" eggs.

This is Tuck's friend Sawyer.

I think we got almost as much dye on the table as we got on the eggs!

All done. Don't they look great?

Happy Birthday Ellie!

Last weekend we had the pleasure of helping my neice celebrate her 1st birthday. That's Ellie sitting in the rocking chair.
Ellie recived a bunny that sang and flapped it's ears when you pressed the button. Lily LOVED the bunny, even though the ears flapped in her face.
Can you believe how cute she is? I know that she is mine, but you have to admit she is precious.
Having a great time . . .
Thanks for throwing a great party Aunt Jer!

You Talked to Who?

Over the past couple of weeks, Tucker has had some really cool experiences. He met Alabama runningback Bobby Humphries. John Parker Wilson called . . . Jeff Allen, the head trainer for the Alabama called, then passed the phone around to some players. He got to talk to Julio Jones and Josh Chapman to name just a few.
He received a package from Dale Earnhart, Jr. It was full of all kinds of goodies.

The Boys of Summer

Tucker has been visited by two different baseball teams over the past 2 weeks. The first was the Auburn team. This is Tucker and his new freind Ben (in the hat). Ben is as big of an Alabama fan as Tuck.
Dr. Abby arranged for the Birmingham Southern team to come by also. All of the boys had a wonderful time playing games. Of course, Tuck and Ben beat the big boys.
